• Which Pack plan is right for me?

  The Free plan is great for testing Pack with a proof of concept or hobby project. The Pro plan is ideal for brands with under 1 million monthly pageviews — you only pay for what you use, starting at $475/month. Consider the Scale plan if you're approaching 1 million monthly pageviews, need advanced features like A/B testing, or require premium support. • What is a content entry?

  Content entries include blogs, articles, pages, and sections. Sections are reusable building blocks — a section reused across multiple pages only counts as one entry. A typical landing page might have 4-12 sections plus the page entry itself. Headers and footers count as a single section each. Product and collection pages are auto-created and don't count toward your total unless you add a custom Pack section.

• What counts as a page view?

  A page view is counted any time a visitor loads a page on your storefront that is powered by Pack.

• What happens if I run out of content entries or page views?

  You'll still be able to create and save content, but you won't be able to publish until you purchase additional capacity. On Pro plans, you can add entries and page views as add-ons. On the Free plan, you'll need to upgrade to Pro to continue publishing. Email contact@packdigital.com for help.

• What if I don't use all of the content entries or page views that I've purchased?

  There is no proration — add-ons are charged monthly upon purchase. You can remove add-ons for subsequent billing periods if you no longer need them.

• What is a content environment? Do I need more than one?

  Content environments let you duplicate your storefront content for larger updates without affecting your live site. Your primary environment powers your live storefront. Additional environments are useful for development, staging, or campaign preparation.

• What if I need additional content environments?

  On the Pro plan, you can add extra content environments as a separate line item at $179/month each. Scale plan customers can configure custom environments.

• What factors impact the cost of Pack's Scale plan?

  Scale pricing is based on your support needs, planned usage (content entries, pageviews, environments), and the specific advanced features you require access to.

• What happens if I no longer want to use Pack?

  Pack provides an end-to-end workflow, but you own your front-end code and React components. If you remove Pack, you lose the management workflow — the Hydrogen app remains, but without the CMS, visual editor, and content management tools.

• Is there a free trial of Pack's Scale plan features?

• Is there a minimum contract duration? Can I pay annually?

  The Pro plan is month-to-month with no commitment. The Scale plan offers annual agreements with custom terms.

• Can I pay by invoice?

  Yes, invoicing is available on the Scale plan.

• What if I'm not using Shopify?

  Pack is currently purpose-built for Shopify. We support Shopify Hydrogen, Remix, and Oxygen out of the box. Contact us if you're on another ecommerce platform.

• What if I'm working with an agency or a freelancer?

  Pack supports various team structures with role-based permissions, making it easy for agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams to collaborate. Email contact@packdigital.com for more details on team setups.

• Will my Shopify setup change if I use Pack?

  Your Shopify backend and checkout continue working exactly as before. Pack replaces the online store theme with a Hydrogen-powered storefront for your front-end experience.

• Do I need a separate CMS or page builder if I'm using Pack?

  No. Pack includes a visual CMS and page builder built-in — you don't need any additional content management tools.

• Where is everything hosted?

  By default, your content is hosted on Shopify Oxygen and delivered via Oxygen and the Shopify CDN. Scale plan customers can configure alternative hosting options.

• Why is Pack's pricing in beta?

  Our mission is to make Hydrogen accessible to every Shopify brand. We're actively working on standardized pricing, bulk rates, and keeping everything current as the platform evolves.

• What Shopify plans does Pack / Hydrogen support?

  Pack supports all Shopify plans. A custom Hydrogen storefront is included with every paid Shopify account.

• What apps or tools could Pack help me consolidate?

  Pack can replace or reduce your need for A/B testing tools, landing page builders, banner/modal apps, and upsell/cross-sell apps — since these capabilities are built into the platform.

• What's the ROI of a Pack + Hydrogen storefront?
